EBINAX Co., Ltd. will exhibit at nano tech 2026 (26th International Nanotechnology Exhibition & Conference), which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 16 (Wed.) to December 18 (Fri.), 2026.

nano tech is an international exhibition that brings together innovative materials, next-generation devices, processing technologies, and evaluation solutions centered on nanotechnology.

We will exhibit jointly with Suzuki High-Tech, Inc. and YOSHINO DENKA KOGYO,INC. The three companies will showcase their respective surface treatment technologies and applications.

EBINAX will present its glass microfabrication technologies, including Through-Glass Via (TGV) processing, as well as SUGO-KURO, a black plating technology that achieves a reflectance of 1% or less in the visible wavelength range of 380–750 nm.

Visitors will be able to view actual samples of our surface treatment and microfabrication solutions for next-generation semiconductor packaging, optical equipment, and other advanced applications. We look forward to welcoming you to our booth.
